 General Faculty Meeting : Final Year Project (FYP)

Lecturer: Dr. Bridge

The purpose of this meeting was to gain general information for the FYP. 

Discussion:

  •  Purpose of FYP
  • Online Logbook 
  •  This is proper documentation of the entire project.                                                                          - Justification methods taken                                                                                                                - Project objectives                                                                                                                                 -Project Planning (Ensure to allocate number of hours planned to work on the project per week. FYP and doing year 3 courses is very difficult to juggle since the project tends to be pushed aside to allow room to do courses and other projects. Dr. Bridge recommended that as soon as you work on the project document everything on time to avoid rushing down log book last minute)                                                                                                    
  • Get Started Tips
  • Communicating my ideas for the proposal.
After the meeting the proposal form was explained and email to all students.

This was the completed proposal form, that was emailed to Prof. Ekwue to be confirmed and signed. RATIONALE: Trinidad and Tobago have a highly densely populated twin island with a steady rise in population. As a result, agricultural land for small scale faming is limited.
